As you can imagine it takes alot of time and money to bring these vehicles back to full working order.
We do this with money out of our own pockets but it can be a struggle hence the length of time vehicles take to be restored.

Welcome to the Tyne and Wear bus preservation website.
We are a small group of friends who are devoted to the preservation and restoration of vintage vehicles, especially those which operated in the Tyne and Wear and the surrounding areas.
The fleet now includes more than 20 preserved buses, all of which have served in the North East traffic area at some point during there service life.
