display: block; "><font size="3"><br /><strong><font color="#333333">New group members Micky Ward and Mark Mckenzie along with&nbsp;committee&nbsp;member Fred Mckale have secured Leyland Atlantean EJR129W for preservation.</font></strong></font><font color="#333333"><strong><br /><br /><font size="3">We hope to have 129 towed back to Tyneside in the next 2 to 3 weeks.</font></strong><br /><strong><font size="3">129 has been laid up for around 10 years now due to an angle drive fault which resulted in the bus losing drive altogether.</font><br /><br /><font size="3">It is most likely to be the sole survivor of the EJR-W batch of Atlanteans to retain its Dual Purpose coach seating which is 1 of the reasons why the bus had to be saved from the scrap man so watch out for more updates and photos very soon.</font></strong><br /><br /></font><font size="3"><strong><font color="#333333">We shall be taking some photos of the bus when the current owners have removed &nbsp;all the rubbish from around it.&nbsp;</font><br /></strong></font><br /><br /><strong><font color="#000000" size="3">&nbsp;*note* Photo owned by Brian Carter.
